This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. 920kHz~1.06MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.4A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.4A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 36V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
