LT1173CN8-5#PBF Overview


As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving PDIP-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 Output outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of 0°C ~ 70°C (TA) when operating. 23kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 5V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.5A (Switch), dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.5A (Switch). The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 30V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
