LT1161ISW Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC W package.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 20 terminations.When the device is designed, it has 20 pins.Specification is for 24V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 48V is the maximum value.8V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 24V.GATED represents its input.As long as the supply current stays below 6.5mA, the device will work properly.
