LT1004MLP-1-2 Overview


A handy package called TO-92 is used.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.235V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 1.239V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 1.231V.A maximum ambient temperature of 125°C can be reached.Parts should have a -55°C bottom temperature.
