The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOIC package.8 terminations with various functions.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.235V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 1.239V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 1.231V less than 1.231V.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 125°C.The voltage reference circuit's bottom temperature should be -55°C.
