LPC2103FBD48 Description


LPC2103FBD48 is a type of microcontroller provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale. It is designed based on a 16-bit/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation which is able to combine the microcontroller with 8kB, 16kB, or 32kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. For critical code size applications, the alternative 16-bit Thumb mode is capable of reducing code by more than 30 % with a minimal performance penalty. It is positioned for communication gateways and protocol converters, industrial control and medical systems, as well as applications requiring miniaturization.
