LPC11U68JBD64E Description
The LPC11U68JBD64E is a 32-bit Microcontroller with RISC architecture and an ARM Cortex-M0+ core that operates at a maximum frequency of 50MHz. The ARM Cortex-M0+ is a simple, low-power core with a two-stage pipeline and quick single-cycle I/O access.
The LPC11U68JBD64E has 256kB of internal flash, 36kB of internal RAM, 4kB of EEPROM, two SSP interfaces, a PWM/timer subsystem with six adjustable multi-purpose timers, a 10-channel 12-bit A/D converter with sample rates up to 2Msps, a full-speed USB 2.0 device, and 48 general-purpose I/O pins.
The LPC11U68JBD64E additionally includes three USARTs and two inter-integrated circuits (I2C).
