Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient transport package is provided in 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at DDR Terminator .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to 0°C~125°C .The power management operates at 2.2V~5.5V volts.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching LP2996 .There are 16 pins on the power managment ic.This connector has a Surface Mount for mounting it on a PCB or other type of board.The system supports a total of 1 outputs.The output voltage of the ic power supply is 1.359V .It should be showing 1.5A as the current output from the ic power supply.
