LP2975AIMM-3.3/NOPB Description
The LP2975 LDO Controller makes it easy to design a high-current LDO regulator. The LP2975 will deliver an ultra low dropout regulator with an exceptionally low quiescent current when used with an external P-FET. Excellent regulation and ripple rejection performance are guaranteed by high open loop gain. Over the course of the working temperature range, the trimmed internal bandgap reference offers exact output voltage.
