LM5111-1MYX Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 3.5V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5111.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 5A at the output.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 2mA.
