LM5111-1M Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 3.5V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5111.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 5A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 5A at the output.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 2mA.When not affected by external factors, its quiescent current at 1mA refers to how much current this part consumes.
