For greater flexibility, the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~14V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number LM5109.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 118V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
