LM5020SD-1 Overview


It comes in the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 8V~15V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~630kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Frequency Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 48V. LM5020 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. In total, switching converter has 10 pins. Switching converter type is specifically Switching Regulator or Controllers. Statistically, DC regulator outputs 7V volts. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 90V input voltage at most.
