LM431SACMLX Overview


TO-243AA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±2% tolerance.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.A voltage reference ic with 4 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -25°C~85°C TA.LM431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 100mA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.
