A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 235 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Search "LM4140" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 8mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 5.6V.The supply voltage must be 3V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 1.8V~5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.024V.Idle parts use 230?A.During operation, it uses a current of 375?A as its supply current.
