An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.024V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 235.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM4140".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 8mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.1.024V is its maximum output voltage.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 5.6V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 3V is required for its operation.An input voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 320?A is used.In order to operate it, 375?A is the supply current.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?Voltage reference that outputs 1.024V regardless of external conditions.
