A handy SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.8V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Search "LM4120" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 5mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 1.8V.There is 1.8V voltage output lower than 1.8V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 14V.To supply it, a voltage of 3.3V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2V~12V.Idle parts use 275μA.The supply current is 275μA.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 2V voltage at least.
