Uses the handy SOT-23-5 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 5.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.2% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 1.225V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.The part includes pins 5.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 5 has its pins 5 settled.Having a type of Voltage References, the reference voltage can be used for a wide variety of applications.It can be used by applications with 12mA inputs.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 12mA in this case.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 1.225V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 75μA.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 1.225V.
