LM4040C25ILPRE3 Overview


A handy TO-92 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with 0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.Applications with 15mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.Its cathode current should generally be 80μA.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.The supply voltage must be 5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 2.5V.
