LM385Z-2.5/LFT7 Overview


TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used to simplify the process.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±3% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.LM385 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 20μA.
