LM385BZ Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-92 package.This program utilizes the handy Adjustable package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.24V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. 3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.It is suitable for 20mA input applications.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 20mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 5.3V voltage at its maximum.It should operate with ambient temperature 70°C higher than 70°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as 0°C degrees Celsius.Outputs 5.3V voltage.
