LM3686TLX-AAED/NOPB Description


LM3686TLX-AAED/NOPB is a type of step-down DC-DC converter incorporating a very low-dropout linear regulator and a low-noise linear regulator, which is specifically designed for powering ultra-low voltage circuits. Improved system control is ensured due to automatic intelligent switching between PWM low-noise and PFM low-current modes. The battery life can be extended in the hysteretic PFM mode through the reduction of the quiescent current to 28 ?A (typical) at light load and system standby. High efficiency is provided through internal synchronous rectification.
