LM3520SD/NOPB Overview


The 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. These LED drivers have 2 outputs.The mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature and it works fine.The benefits are considerable for Backlight.This system operates at 1.1MHz frequency.For its operation, 14 terminations are designed.To form its configuration, there are 14 pins.It is possible for undetermined failures to occur if the voltage supply is lower than 2.7V.The number of segments is 5.Surface Mount is mounted on it.A base part number of LM3520 is associated with this LED driver.As a maximum value, 5.5V is acceptable.The output voltage of this device is 22.5V~23.2V.A total of 14 pins are present on this device.In addition, it can be classified as Display Drivers according to its characteristics.The system works with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V in order to achieve maximum efficiency.The load is capable of receiving 20mA current.
