LM334SM Overview


The package includes buck boost converter in version Tube.In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).The current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.In order to maintain a safe operating environment, the temperature cannot exceed 0°C~70°C.As far as input voltage goes, current regulator supports the value of 1V~40V.8 terminations are a standard way of terminating transmission lines, in which a voltage regulator is used that matches the characteristic impedance of the line in order to terminate the transmission line.In the LM334 family, current regulator is a member.In computers and other communication constant current regulators, 8 pins are pronged contacts that form part of a signal interface.The current regulator is mounted on the Surface Mount axis.The output current of Adjustable makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design.The maximum voltage of 40V that can be supplied to the buck boost converter is supported.There is a part called Power Management Circuits which contains all of these current regulations.In order for it to operate, 800mV has to be the minimum supply voltage.A quiescent current of 1?A is consumed regardless of external influences.
