LM3212TL/NOPB Description


LM3212TL/NOPB is a type of step-down DC-DC converter with analog bypass mode, which is used to power GSM RF power amplifiers (PAs) from a single Lithium-lon cell and other applications. It is able to step down an input voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V to dynamically adjustable output voltage of 0.5V to 3.4V. Voltage transition times can be reduced based on its unique Active Current Bypass (ACB) feature. RF interference can be minimized due to a fixed-frequency PWM mode as well as the device can be turned off and battery consumption can be reduced to 0.02?A (typ.) due to a shutdown mode.
