LM317HVT Description


The LM317HVT is a three-terminal positive voltage regulator with an output range of 1.2V to 57V and a maximum current of 1.5A. It's quite simple to use, with only two external resistors needed to set the output voltage. Furthermore, line and load regulators are superior to traditional fixed regulators. The LM117HV is also packaged in common transistor packages, making it simple to mount and handle.

The LM117HV series features full overload protection, which is only accessible in ICs, in addition to superior performance to fixed regulators. Current limit, thermal overload protection, and safe area protection are all included in the chip. Even if the adjustment terminal is unplugged, the overload protection circuitry remains completely functioning.
