LM185BYH-1.2 Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-46-2 Metal Can package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.2 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.235V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 2 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -55°C~125°C TA.It is suitable for 20mA input applications.Generally, 10?A is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 1.235V is generated.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 1.247V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 1.223V less than 1.223V.
