LM113H Overview


TO-46 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 2.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.22V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 2 pins.A voltage reference ic with 2 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 20mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.22V.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -55°C.Voltage 1.22V is outputted.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 5%.
