LFC789D25CDE4 Description

LFC789D25CDE4 developed by Infineon Technologies is a type of dual linear FET controller capable of simplifying the design of dual power supplies. The controllers can regulate the output voltages to a maximum tolerance of ±2% across temperature and load because the heating effects of the external FETs easily can be isolated from the controllers. Due to a great deal of flexibility in selecting external components and topology provided by the LFC789D25CDE4, the designers' specific power-supply needs can be meeted.
