LD6806CX4/36H Description

A compact Low-Drop Out regulator (LDO) family, the LD6806 series has a typical voltage drop of 60 mV at a 200 mA current rating. Three surface-mounted packages are available for the device: a 0.4 mm pitch CSP, a leadless plastic package (SOT866), and a gull wing package (SOT753). The operating voltage is between 2.3 and 5.5 volts, and the output voltage is between 1.2 and 3.6 volts. While LD6806x/xxP devices have a pull-down switching transistor to produce a low-ohmic output stage when the device is disabled, LD6806x/xxH devices display a high-ohmic state at the output pin. The regulator design is the same across all devices, which are produced using monolithic silicon technology.
