LD39050PU33R Description
STMicroelectronics' LDO LD39050PU33R linear regulator allows you to adjust the voltage levels in your circuit. Its overall accuracy is less than 2%. Its usual current dropout voltage is 0.2@500mA V. The single output of this voltage regulator may deliver a current of up to 0.5 A. By demanding only 1.5 V of voltage and not exceeding 5.5 V, the part will offer the power your application requires. This is power management at its finest, with a fixed output voltage of 3.3 V. Maintain a steady voltage level with 0.002 percent /mA(Typ) load regulation and 0.01 percent /V line regulation (Typ). This product will be sent in tape and reel packaging to allow for optimal component mounting. At 500mA, the highest dropout voltage is 0.4V. This voltage regulator can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as 125°C. It has a positive polarity.
