L6917BDTR Overview
As a result of 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7.5V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -25°C~125°C TJ is the -25°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL.
