L6498LDTR Overview


For greater flexibility, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is CMOS/TTL.There are various related parts under its base part number L6498.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There can be a voltage up to 500V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
