A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS/TTL.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6498.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.A high-side voltage can be set up to 500V (Bootstrap).
