L6386D013TR Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 17V Max it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6386.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 650mA.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 650mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 750mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 320?A.A frequency of 400kHz can improve efficiency.
