L2293QTR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 2.8V~36V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~125°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, Relays, Solenoids, Stepper Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.32 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 32 pins are used as pronged contacts.The base H bridge ic number of L2293 can be used to find related H bridge ics.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 1.2A.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 600mA current.This H bridge motor driver falls under the subcategory of Motion Control Electronics.The 4 drivers are integrated into the system.
