KU80386EXTC25 Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in QFP for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR. Overall, there are 132 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. This microprocessor has an architecture of 32 bits. 25MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. Micro processor body consists of 132 pins. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. The CPU can only be powered by voltages up to 250mA. normal operation of the microprocessor should not require the device to be powered by a voltage higher than 5.5V. A voltage of 4.5V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. A setting of over -40°C is recommended for the operating environment.
