IXDI614CI Overview

For greater flexibility, the TO-220-5 Formed Leads package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.A supply voltage of 4.5V~35V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting.The device is mounted using Through Hole.14A is the maximum output current.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.
