IXDF602SIATR Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 35V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
