For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~35V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.14A is the maximum output current.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The supply voltage is 10?A.
