IXCY10M90S Overview


The package includes buck boost converter in version Tube.In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63.The current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.In order to maintain a safe operating environment, the temperature cannot exceed -55°C~150°C.2 terminations are a standard way of terminating transmission lines, in which a voltage regulator is used that matches the characteristic impedance of the line in order to terminate the transmission line.In the IXC*10M family, current regulator is a member.The current regulator is mounted on the Surface Mount axis.The output current of 100mA makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design.This power converter utiliANALOG CIRCUITes an analog integrated circuit (IC) called ANALOG CIRCUIT.The maximum voltage of 20V that can be supplied to the buck boost converter is supported.In order for it to operate, 900V has to be the minimum supply voltage.There are FPGAs of this type in the IXC series.This boost converter is supplied with an operating supply current of 25?A for its operation.The maximum input voltage of 900V allows for maximum design power converter flexibility.With a maximum output current of 100mA, it offers maximum voltage regulator's design flexibility.
