With its 4-pin terminals, these optoisolators provide complete galvanic isolation between the input and output circuits making them perfect for isolating low-voltage control signals from higher-voltage main power buses. The ISP281A has a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +85C, making it suitable for a variety of conditions. It also has an impressive breakdown voltage of 5.2kV which ensures high protection against electrical surges and other issues. With an impressive insulating resistance of 1000M?, the ISP281A offers excellent insulation performance even with minimal physical space.
