ISL9120IRTNZ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 12 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 12-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Input voltage 1.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 800mA. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 3.3V volts.
