ISL84781IVZ-T Overview

A voltage higher than 3.6V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. 1.6V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this multiplexer to operate, 50nA current would be sufficient. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 50nA. 3V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches.
