ISL83699IRZ-T Overview

Due to its QFN packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Cut Tape. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 1.65V. The switch device would be able to operate with 50nA current. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 50nA. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. 104MHz bandwidths enable data to be transferred. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. Its conductivity is 4-bit.
