ISL81401FRZ-T7A Overview

It comes in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~40V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 90kHz~650kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 32 terminations. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 8V. This dc dc voltage regulator should be powered by a voltage of 4.5V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 40V input voltage at most. For better satisfaction, the value of DC to DC voltage regulator is OUTPUT VOLTAGE= 0.8V TO 40V.
