ISL8117FVEZ-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~60V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~2MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of terminations with 16 of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. The value of DC to DC voltage regulator is set to 0..6V TO 54V OUTPUT RANGE in order to better satisfy the requirement.
