ISL8117FRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~60V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz~2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. 16 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 5.1V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. The minimum input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.85V. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 5.4V input voltage at most. DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of O/P VOLTAGE IS FROM 0.6V TO 54V to better satisfy the need.
