ISL8025AIRTAJZ-T7A Overview


optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 4MHz. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 5A output current of voltage regulator. There are 16 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. A 5A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With a maximum output voltage of 5.5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 50μA A of quiescent current. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.7V volts is required to ensure reliable performance. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 85°C. Reliability is ensured at minimum DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures of -40°C. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 2.7V. 5.5V input voltage is supported at its maximum by this voltage regulator 12v. With 16 pins, this voltage regulator is equipped with a number of features. DC-DC switching regulator operating on 50μA supply voltage. An output voltage of 5.5V can be obtained from this voltage regulator.
