For greater flexibility, the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~14V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.There are 14 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 114V on the high-side (Bootstrap).The gate driver belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
